We will deliver your order within 3 to 5 days from receipt of payment. Free delivery on orders over £500.
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to both the order and the balance if they are less than £500. Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of your order, carton size and delivery postcode.
If all the stock you require is not available for delivery at the time of placing the order we will keep a balance for delivery at a later date.
If you do not wish to split the delivery in this way you have the option to ask us to hold the order until the items not yet in stock become available. Please note that in this case we cannot guarantee that items which were available at the time of ordering will still be available.
If you do not wish to pay the carriage charge you can choose to collect the goods from our warehouse.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UK:
For delivery before Christmas, kindly submit your orders before Friday 10th December at 10am. For orders placed after 10am on Friday 10th December, delivery will be from 4th January onwards.
CUSTOMERS IN IRELAND:
For delivery before Christmas, kindly submit your orders before Wednesday 8th December at 10am. For orders placed after 10am on Wednesday 8th December, delivery will be from 4th January onwards.
Changes to our operating hours are as follows:
Friday 24th December - 7AM-2PM
Saturday 25th - Tuesday 28th December - CLOSED
Wednesday 29th - Friday 31st December - 7AM-2PM
Saturday 1st - Monday 3rd January - CLOSED

Claims & Returns
If items arrive visibly damaged in transport you will need to inform the carrier at the time of delivery, and also write this on the delivery note. You must also inform our claims department within 24 hours.
If you find any discrepancies with your delivery you must notify the office in writing within 3 days of receipt.

Please do not dispose of items without authorisation from Rayware.
