We will deliver your order within 3 to 5 days from receipt of payment.
If all the stock you require is not available for delivery at the time of placing the order we will keep a balance for delivery at a later date.
If you do not wish to split the delivery in this way you have the option to ask us to hold the order until the items not yet in stock become available. Please note that in this case we cannot guarantee that items which were available at the time of ordering will still be available.
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to both the order and the balance if they fall below our minimum carriage paid order value.
If you do not wish to pay the carriage charge you can choose to collect the goods from our warehouse.
Claims & Returns
If items arrive visibly damaged in transport you will need to inform the carrier at the time of delivery, and also write this on the delivery note. You must also inform our claims department within 24 hours.
If you find any discrepancies with your delivery you must notify the office in writing within 3 days of receipt.

Please do not dispose of items without authorisation from Rayware.
