What is the minimum carriage paid order?
The minimum carriage paid order is £500
What is the delivery lead time?
We will normally send your order to you within 5 to 7 working days.
If all the stock you require is not available for delivery at the time of placing the order we will keep a balance for delivery at a later date.
If you do not wish to split the delivery in this way you have the option to ask us to hold the order until the items not yet in stock become available. Please note that in this case we cannot guarantee that items which were available at the time of ordering will still be available.
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to both the order and the balance if they fall below our minimum carriage paid order value.
If you do not wish to pay the carriage charge you can choose to collect the goods from our warehouse.

I have a complaint, what should I do?
Here at the Rayware Group we want our customers to be delighted with every order placed and we will endeavour to give all our customers the very best service. However in the unlikely event that you feel you have a complaint with regards to any part of the service received please see the following guidelines:
1. In the first instance please contact our trade customer service department in writing either via the post or email firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly title your email ‘complaint’. Please give the full details of your complaint and include your order reference number, customer name and if possible any important dates. A Trade Customer Care representative will get back to you with a response in writing within 3 working days.
2. If you are not satisfied with the response received from our Customer Care department you can escalate your complaint with our customer services manager, Kath Gee. Please give full details of why you are not happy with the response you have received from our customer services department in writing either by post or via email. Please attach your original complaint and the response you have received already from our customer service department. Kath will respond to you within 3 working days of your complaint.
