The Rayware Group closely monitors product development within
the housewares market, which means we can respond quickly
to emerging market trends and keep ahead in a busy and rapidly
growing business.
We have a dedicated purchasing and design team, which work
closely together developing products and packaging on a
daily basis. The team consists of five brand managers who
specialise in different product areas, backed up with the
support of four purchasing managers. Each brand manager
also receives additional support from external design agencies,
who both work on new product development and on new concepts
or promotions.
The result? We have a constant flow of new products; each
season alone we launch over 350 new lines and ranges.
